Brittany is the owner and operator of KNOTWORKER, LLC and is a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist. She graduated in September of 2007 from Cortiva-Institute of Massage in Broomfield, Colorado. She has been practicing massage therapy for almost 10 years now and is currently working full time in her own massage therapy practice. Brittany spent the last 7-8 years working part-time for a local health club, gaining valuable massage therapy experience working with athletes, post-operative injuries as well as relaxing spa massage and body treatments.
Shortly after graduating massage school, Brittany joined a group of massage therapists on a transformational healing journey to Thailand. Along with learning the basics of Thai massage, she was also fortunate enough to have had the experience of joining some Buddhist monks in a guided meditation at the Grand Palace in Bangkok. She also spent a day at an elephant conservation park in the jungle outside Chiang Mai where she got to feed the elephants and also go into the river and helped to bathe them… what an amazingly wonderful experience! After Thailand, Brittany got the fantastic opportunity to spend some time practicing massage to nature’s own soundtrack of the ocean’s crashing waves on the tropical island of Guam. She worked out of the fantastic Hilton Guam Resort and Spa and enjoyed doing massage therapy and many tropical body treatments while working on island. If given the opportunity, she would love to travel to many more fantastic places on this planet… travel is most definitely one of the things that she’s incredibly passionate about along with massage therapy, of course! Brittany is a native Coloradan and considers herself to be a true fan of the outdoors. She enjoys getting outside as much as possible; hiking, hot springs, camping, etc.
Brittany’s true passion for massage and for people shows through in every session she gives, and her dedication to create serenity, peace, and well-being is obvious to all whom she comes in contact with. Brittany’s specialty is more of a fully integrative, therapeutic massage. She incorporates a little bit of everything she’s learned in all the bodywork she does. She’s also proficient at deep integrative work, through her many years of working with an incredibly active clientele who prefer that type of bodywork. She is very comfortable working with many different types of injuries and disease as well, anything from car accidents to post-operative work and everything in between. It is her goal to make you feel like a better, healthier person after every session.
